For students: 0% fees. You keep every dollar you earn. For employers: We charge a 10% platform fee plus a 3% payment processing fee on top of the student's payment.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When an employer accepts you for a gig, they pre-authorize payment. After you complete the work and get rated, payment is released instantly to your account.
Student workers verify with a school-issued .edu email so we can keep the platform student-first. Anyone can post gigs, and we prioritize the campus communities we serve.
